"100% From start to finish Beth is very welcoming. Franklin was greeted with a lovely welcoming message on the door ahead of his groom. He hasn't been groomed in ages and he was very matted. Beth transformed him into a handsome boy. Beth is brilliant with the dogs and treats them as her own, she is both professional and caring. She is patient and takes her time ensuring the dogs wellbeing comes first. She goes above and beyond to accommodate you/dogs needs."
